Pectoral Implants

This is a radically different procedure than a breast augmentation for women.  A breast augmentation is designed to make a woman’s breasts look bigger.  A pectoral implant is designed to make a man’s pectoral muscles look large.

An implant is used but the implant is shaped to simulate a larger pectoral muscle.  The implant is placed under the pectoral muscle; usually through an incision in the axilla (arm pit). These implants come in different sizes and shapes to satisfy the desired look the patient is seeking.
